2000  First in China to carry out the microchemical engineering and technology research
2001  Set up a microchemical technology group, and served as group leader.
 
Research interest:
Conduct basic research and R&D on microchemical engineering and provide theoretical foudation for the design and development of novel microreaction system on micro spatio-temporal scale
1. surface and interfacial phenomenon under micro spatio-temporal scale;
2. Flowing, heat and mass transfer within micro-regime;
3. Microsystem design, process optimization and simulation;
4. Numbering-up and system intergration of microchemical system;
5. Chemical (catalysis) reaction engineering and reaction kinetics;
6. Chemical process Intensification.
